PREPARING FOR ANOTHER CENTURY

Grace Presbyterian Church has been the agent through which lives have been nurtured, enhanced and empowered by God in Christ Jesus for the dawn of the new century. Grace has been a community of faith, seeking to fulfill the command of the gospel message. The congregation has captured the vision for partnership with its community for understanding of its culture and the role in the environment in which it serves. We have responded to the leadership of the Holy Spirit as it redefines its mission and develop and equip disciples for the tasks of ministry.

Grace has carried on its rich heritage and has added new phases to its program of service, hence, it has given birth to the Grace Outreach Center, the Mentoring and Child First Authority, established through B.U.I.L.D. at Greenspring Middle School, and Grace 2000 (young adult group), among other ministries. We are working in concert with the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation and have crafted our worship service to praise God through anthems, gospels, spirituals, and messages that are biblically based and relevant to the needs and issues of the people of God.

Grace is indeed “Taking A Stand” to be intentional through organized bible study groups, prayer and fellowship, so that we may grow spiritually. It is to this end that this pictorial directory has been developed, that we may know each other better, communicate more effectively and build a relationship of identity and support.
