THE CHANCEL CHOIR

The Chancel Choir serves every Sunday. We receive many request to perform at other services/occasions besides regular morning worship an funerals.

2004 Activities

Regular Sunday morning worship service. First Sunday in September through the second Sunday in July, except the fifth Sunday.

February – Special music for Black History Month

Good Friday – Joint performance with Trinity Presbyterian and Dickey Memorial Presbyterian Choirs at Grace.

Provide special music on Palm and Easter Sundays.

September 8, 2004 – provided special music for memorial service for Rev. William T. Peters, Jr.

October 20, 2004 – Special music for Harvest Home Service.

October 27, 2004 – Special music for Anniversary Sunday

November – Special music for Thanksgiving

December – Will perform special music for Christmas morning service.

December 24, 2004 – Will provide music for 6 p.m. Christmas Eve Candlelight Service.

The Chancel Choir continues to work tirelessly under the direction of our Music Director, Ms. Myrtle Mack-Dutton.

Finally, we are recruiting members for all voices and will welcome all wshing to join us at our rehearsals on Wednesday evenings at 6:30p.m.
